QH Corporate functions as the corporate division of Quality Homes Realty (M) Sdn Bhd, which was established in June 2024. Although we are a newly formed entity, QH Corporate boasts a robust team of over 600 dedicated professionals, each possessing extensive experience in the real estate industry. We provide a wide array of real estate services, including property consultancy, real estate agency, and auction services, throughout Malaysia, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom.

In Malaysia, QH Corporate operates under the oversight of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVEAP). On an international level, we comply with the standards established by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), based in London, United Kingdom. Additionally, our team is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Persatuan Ejen Hartanah Muslim (PEHAM), as well as Malaysian Institure of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).
